2. Services

Marc Hub provides access to white-label software platforms on a rental basis. Services include:

• Access to platform information and documentation through the client portal
• Platform configuration and management by our administrators
• Technical support during the rental period

3. Client obligations

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account. Clients must not misuse platform access or attempt unauthorized modifications.

4. Limitation of liability

Marc Hub is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of our platforms. We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
